At 10:08 a.m. on 3 December, Assure Tech's headquarter building was successfully topped out. Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Qiantang Wisdom City, Zhu Qinhua, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Wisdom City, Ling Shisheng, Chairman and General Manager of Assure Tech, Jiang Xueying, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of Assure Tech, as well as the key management personnel of Assure Tech, attended the ceremony.

The three departments jointly issued the Announcement on the Inclusion of 46 Substances such as Bromorphine in the Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Varieties of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances for Non-Pharmaceutical Purposes. In order to prevent the spread of abuse of new psychoactive substances and combat related criminal activities, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission and the State Drug Administration jointly issued the Announcement on the Inclusion of Bromorphine and 46 Other Substances in the Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Varieties of Non-pharmacological Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances on 16th June 2024, which decides to add 46 new psychoactive substances such as bromorphine to the list of controlled varieties and the Announcement will come into force on 1st July 2024. The Announcement will come into effect on 1 July 2024, with the decision to add 46 new psychoactive substances, including bromorphine, to the list.
